If you accidentally purchased the wrong course(s) or package(s), please notify us immediately and we will make the necessary corrections.

Physical Products

All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If your title is defective, contact our technical support department (within 30 days of the invoice date) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) at 954-317-3394 (Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET). Defective products will be replaced upon receipt of product. ITdatacorp.com will gladly and promptly replace any product where the media proves to be defective with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of invoice date with all original packaging.

A Return Merchandise Authorization will not be issued for any reason other than for the return of a media defective item for replacement. 

Please Note: The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the Packing Box upon the return of your product. If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, ITdatacorp.com will not process the return. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to them. All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return in sellable condition. If the customer selects to ship the product back in which the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method they selected, ITdatacorp.com will not be held liable nor responsible for crediting the customer for the return.

International Order Returns: The Customer will be responsible for return freight, Taxes, Duties, brokerage fees, and any other costs related to returning the product(s) to ITdatacorp.com.
